Ingredients Needed

  • 31/2 cups all-purpose Flour
  • Salt-Free herb seasoning to taste
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 31/4 eggs, beaten
  • 4ct, Cube Steak
  • 4 cups of Oil for Frying


  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, herb seasoning, salt and pepper. In another bowl, place the beaten eggs.
  2. Coat each cube steak cutlet with the flour mixture, then dip into egg, then back into the flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Place cube steak cutlets into hot oil, and cook until browned, about 7-12 minutes on each side.
