Advanced Notice

A successful special event requires careful planning and coordination.  For that reason, we ask that a 7 day minimum for final guest count be given to our Catering Coordinator to ensure availability of menu items. We provide a set amount of food based on the guest count given by the client.  Linens provided for food display tables upon request.

Additional Information

With the purchase of your meal from our menu; plates, cups, and pre-rolled silverware, all disposable, are included. Within our service charge fee we also include the use of our equipment, delivery, complete setup, breakdown, and staff to maintain the buffet line for maximum of 1.5 hours. If you desire a server for your buffet line, that will be billed at $28.00 per hour per attendant. We will need access to the venue up to 6 hours prior to the event to set up.  Out of city limits may need 24 hours prior to the event to set up. All functions require a 50% deposit prior to the event. All functions will be billed for final balance due 72 hours prior to event, some exceptions will apply. All prices are per person unless otherwise specified and are subject to change.

Plated Events

VIP plated service will be billed at an additional $9.99 per person plus the rental of linens, china, glassware, and stainless flatware with a 15% handling fee. Plated and served events require a minimum of 2 servers per 30 guest at $32.00 per hour, larger events will require more personal.  Please ask our Catering Coordinator in providing any tables, linens, china, glassware, stainless flatware or equipment necessary for your special event.

Buffet Events

Minimum of 20 guest needed for any buffet event.  We will need a minimum of 6 hours prior to the event to set up and access to the venue.  For out of city limits, we may need 24 hours prior to the event to set up. We provide set up and complete breakdown of the buffet. 

Pick Up Events

All utensils, plates, serving dishes and serving utensils are included in pick up. Pick up must be coordinated with the catering dept. Pickups are available 7 days a week.


Anything outside of city limits will apply a .58 cents a mile up-charge to and from location.

Rentals & Extras

In the event that special items need to be rented, such as linens and special equipment, we will charge these items back at cost plus a 15% handling charge. Our Catering Coordinator will assist you in providing all tables, linens, specialty china, or equipment necessary for your special event.

Vendor Partners

Johnny Carinos

We do not serve alcohol, but we do have a partnership with Johnny Carinos.  If you are in need of their services, Carinos does  require that all requests are processed 45 days prior to your event.  You can obtain an application directly from Carino’s.
