Set Up Options

Set up process is four hours in advance to set up. Even if our menu may not provide specialty diet items, we are happy to make specialty diet items including gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and we will also make food allergy conscious items. Catering services include non-alcoholic beverages: Tea, water, coffee, punch and lemonade. Break down takes a minimum of one hour.

Plated Events

No additional fee, see the plated cost of the meal to get a cost.

Buffet Events

Minimum of 20 person staff needed for any buffet event.

Pick Up Events

All utensils, all plates and serving dishes and serving utensils are included in pick up. Pick up must be coordinated with the catering dept. Pickups are available 7 days a week.

Delivery

Anything outside of city limits will apply a .52 cents a mile up-charge to and from location.

Rentals & Extras

In the event that special items need to be rented, such as linens and special equipment, we will charge these items back at cost plus a 15% handling charge. Our Catering Coordinator will assist you in providing all tables, linens, specialty china, or equipment necessary for your special event.

Additional Information

With the purchase of your meal from our menu; plates, cups, and pre-rolled silverware, all disposable, are included. Within our service charge fee we also include the use of our equipment, delivery, complete setup, breakdown, and staff to operate buffet line for maximum of 1 hour. Larger functions require a 50% deposit prior to the event. VIP services (china, glassware, stainless flatware, etc.) will be billed at extra $4.25 per person extra. Plated and served events require a minimum of two servers per 30 people, larger events will require more personnel. All prices are per person unless otherwise specified and are subject to change.
