Jim Bradburn

Jim has over 40 years of experience in the culinary industry including 10 years in hospitality at the Marriott and the Westin. He has trained under three certified executive chefs as well as a certified master chef. Jim grew up in El Paso, TX, and served in the Army as a Food Service Specialist at Fort Benning, GA. His favorite cuisine is Korean. He is married with three children and three grandchildren. In his free time, Jim enjoys hunting, fishing, and tinkering around his home in Ruidoso.
Billy Harcrow
Catering Chef/Coordinator
Billy has over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry. He has trained under celebrity chef Seis Kamimura, and Jessica Barnes Helms among others. His experience ranges from Chef Supervisor for the NFL Seattle Seahawks and the MLS Sounders to Sous Chef at Inn of the Mountain Gods. Billy has also taken classes to accommodate special dietary needs. Billy is married and enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his sons in their many sports. He also likes riding dirt bikes, taking road trips and enjoying the outdoors.
